PURPOSE:To inhibit the original from being updated and deleted except by a person who registers it by adding document control information which specifies a classification of the original or its copy and the person who creates the document to the document main body. CONSTITUTION:When document information is registered, the 'original paper/copy' classification of the document control information is set to the 'original' and 'creator' is set to the person who registers the document; and the document control information is registered together with the document main body information. When the document is updated, the contents of the registered document control information are checked to allow the document to be updated only when the 'original/copy' classification is set to 'copy' and 'creator' is set to the person himself, the 'original/copy' classification is changed into 'original', and 'creator' is changed into a person who updates the document. When the document is deleted, the contents of the document control information are checked to allow the deletion only when the 'original/copy' classification is set to 'copy' and 'creator' is set to the creator himself; and referring operation is allowed regardless of the 'original/copy' classification and 'creator' and when a copy is taken, the 'original/copy' classification is set to 'copy' after the copying operation. Consequently, erroneous operation by a person other than the person who registers the document can be evaded. |
