PURPOSE:To avoid acknowledge of reception from being delayed due to a high load of a host device by returning directly a reception acknowledge notice to a caller terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A caller 0/R name is extracted from a distribution control document CD, a DTE address is indexed from the O/R name in a table 1 and set as a destination DTE address, the CD of the reception acknowledge notice is edited and the reception acknowledge notice is sent to a caller terminal equipment. A host device sets a return element directly to the distribution CD at a high load and distributes the result, and a terminal equipment selects depending on the presence of the element the direct transmission of the reception acknowledge notice or no transmission. |
