摘要 PURPOSE:To improve oxidation resistance of carbon-carbon fiber composite material in improved adhesion between the layer of the above-mentioned material and coating layer of carbon-ceramic composite by oxidizing a carbon-carbon fiber composite material by electrolysis or in oxidation atmosphere so as to give specific surface area not smaller than a specific value. CONSTITUTION:Carbon-carbon fiber composite material (CFRC) is subjected to electrolytic oxidation in an electrolyte solution or oxidized in an oxidation atmosphere so as to give >=1.5m<2>/m<2> specific surface area of CFRC. Thereby sufficient surface area can be simply provided to CFRC layer and adhesion between CFRC layer and oxidation resistant coating layer capable of being proportionally improved as surface of CFRC layer become larger can be improved. As a result, the coating layer can be prevented from releasing from the interface and sufficient oxidation resistance can be provided to CFRC.
