PURPOSE:To enlarge effective area for use of other parts for making it possible to perform chip on glass and prevent the coloring matters caused by electrodeposition from sticking to other electrodeposition substrate by selecting electrodes with electrode terminals masked by color in multiple steps. CONSTITUTION:The electrode terminals of a transparent electrode 3 are provided with maskings 4 and 5 having steps by colors. Three color filters are formed in such a way that the electrode terminals are electronically deposited by short-circuiting with silver paste by each step to be electronically deposited in order. In this case, since the electrodeposition electrode 11 whose electrode terminals are connected in a electrodeposition bath 10 can be arranged to the inside of an opposed electrode 9, the effective area for use of other parts can be enlarged, which enables chip on glass. In addition, since electrodeposition is performed with electrode terminals, which are not electronically deposited, becoming the same potential as the opposed electrode 9, the coloring matters caused by electrodeposition can be prevented from sticking to other electrodeposition substrate. |
