发明名称 ROCK WOOL PRODUCTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the quality and yield of rock wool by detecting the load of a motor for driving a fibrillation mechanism and controlling the delivery of molten material according to the detected result. CONSTITUTION:Molten raw material for rock wool melted in an electrical melting furnace 1 is supplied through a sprue 3 and a gate 4 to a wool- production machine 7 having rotating wheels 9a to 9d. Compressed air is blasted from a nozzle 12 and a binder is ejected from an ejection hole 13. The molten material is transferred from the wheel 9a to wheels 9b, 9c and 9d and fibrillated by the centrifugal force of the wheels and the pressure of the compressed air. The load of an electric motor 11b driving the wheel 9b is detected by a motor current detector 31, the flow rate of molten material is calculated by an arithmetic circuit 32 and the difference between the calculated value and the prescribed level stored in a flow rate setter 33 is calculated by a difference detector 34. A gate-driving signal corresponding to the difference is outputted from a gate- controlling circuit 35 to a slide-driving circuit 36 and the gate 4 is vertically moved with a motor 5a for the lifting mechanism to attain zero difference. The flow rate of the molten material can be quantitatively controlled by this process.
