<p>PURPOSE:To improve man-machine interface by outputting an operation manual required for the execution of the function of equipment by editing and generating corresponding to the request of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile mailing device 1 is equipped with a system control part 2, disk control parts 3, 4, a floppy disk device 5, hard disk devices 6, 7, a host interface part 8, and communication processing parts FCU1-FCUn. In such a case, it is discriminated whether or not a received telephone number is the one of a new user based on registered telephone number information, and when it is the one of the new user, the operation manual for new user is generated by combining explanation data for new user, and it is transmitted to a communication terminal. Thereby, the man-machine interface is improved.</p> |
