PURPOSE:To send a signal to a relevant indoor space widely and uniformly by providing a light emitting diode whose directivity is narrow and sharp and a light emitting diode whose directivity is wide in mixture to the equipment. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting diode 21 is formed by applying header processing of a dish shaped reflector to a lead frame, placing a light emitting diode element of GaAlAs 830nm in the reflector, wiring the light emitting diode element and covering the element with a transparent resin whose diameter is 5mm, its directivity is narrow and sharp at a half-power angle of 20 deg., and the light emitting diode element is arranged at both ends of the light emitting diode array. On the other hand, a light emitting diode 22 is formed by placing a light emitting diode element of GaAlAs 830nm to a flat top of the lead frame, wiring the element and covering the element with a transparent resin whose diameter is 5mm, its directivity is wide at a half-power angle of 40 deg., and the light emitting diode element is arranged in the middle of the light emitting diode array. |
