<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the security of a card by forming a region not coated with a thermal agent to a base material. CONSTITUTION:The region 8 not coated with a thermal agent of a prepaid card is heated at the time of adjustment to confirm whether said region 8 develops a color. When the region 8 develops no color, it is judged that the prepaid card is one usable in that shop. Next, an ID code 2 is read and, further, it is judged whether the prepaid card can be used in the shop. After the inspection of two stages is performed, a publishing data display 5 and a used amount display 6 are read and, finally, a balance display 7 is read and the card 1 becomes usable. By this method, the shop permitting the use of the card 1 can be limited and the security of the card 1 is enhanced.</p> |
