In addition, even if short circuit occurs between the gate 14b of the transistor Tr10b and a drain 16b, display can be made without the line defect caused by the mutual pulling of both bus lines of the gate and drain because of the intervention of a capacitor 18b. The capacitance of capacitors 18a and 18b is desirable to be 10 times as much as the gate capacitance of Tr10a and 10b.</p>
