PURPOSE:To enable batch control over transmission destinations of mails by reading task identifiers of transmission destination tasks out of a main transmission destination storage means and sending the mails to the tasks having the task identifiers according to priority. CONSTITUTION:All the mails are given identification numbers (mail identifier), the identification numbers (task identifier) are given to at least all the tasks at mail transmission destinations, and the identifiers of the tasks at the transmission destinations of the mails are stored in a mail transmission destination storage means 5 by the mail identifiers according to the priority of mail transmission. Then the address of the identifier of the task, having the top priority among the tasks at the transmission destinations of the top priority, in the main transmission destination storage means 5 is stored in a main contents storage means 4 and the storage means 4 and 5 are referred to at each time of main transmission from each task to send the mails to the transmission destination tasks. Consequently, the batch control over the main transmission can be performed.
