PURPOSE:To prepare a feed resistant to putrefaction and preservable for a long period, by fixing a food waste in a solidified starch, and dehydrating the mixture with the heat of hot oil. CONSTITUTION:A food waste such as dead fish, bean curd refuse, etc. is crushed. 100kg of the crushed waste is mixed with about 15-20kg of starch, and heated at 80-120 deg.C for 1-2hr to solidify the starch and fix the crushed food waste in the solidified starch. The solidified mixture is immersed in hot oil of 80-120 deg.C, and the dehydrated product obtained by the dehydration with the heat of the hot oil is taken out of the hot oil, and deoiled by pressing. |
