<p>PURPOSE:To make the pitch of nozzles variable by moving two nozzles symmetrically around the center axis, and connecting the two nozzles with a binder tank through a flexible tube. CONSTITUTION:Nozzles 12 are provided to a holder 15, and moved symmetrically with a driving shaft 16 threaded with a male screw and a female screw. And the nozzles 12 are connected with a tank 9 for a binder 2 by a flexible tube 21. The nozzles can be moved in accordance with the dimension of chip parts in this way, a divergence of positions is prevented, and the adhesive strength is increased.</p> |
