PURPOSE:To lighten the operation burden on an operator by altering part of a program and information on data on a center side so that they can be used on a terminal side without storing information from the input device of the terminal side. CONSTITUTION:A center transmission control part 122 sends an indication and selection information to a center processing control part 121 with selection information sent from a terminal-side information processor 2, the center processing control part 121 sends an indication, a program, and data to the center transmission control part 122 according to the selection information, and the center transmission control part 122 sends the program and data to a terminal-side information processor 2 through a communication line. A terminal transmission control part 222 sends the indication, program, and data to a terminal processing control means 221 with the program and data sent from the center-side information processor 1 and the terminal processing control part 221 alters the program and data by referring to an alteration information table 25, stores the program in a terminal program storage part 211 in a terminal storage part 21, and also stores the data in a terminal data storage part 212. Consequently, the operation burden on the operator is lightened.
