PURPOSE:To compensate irregularities when an enlarged character is drawn, and output an easy-to-be-seen character by coloring squares of compensation dot information and converting them into circles. CONSTITUTION:For arrangement of dots, there are four patterns basically as illustrated in Figure 6-1. There are converted into dot information of black points of '1' and white points of '0' as illustrated in Figure 6-2. The dot information is then rearranged as illustrated in Figure 6-3 by adding space dots between the rows and lines of dots. After rearrangement, for the dot information of '1' and '0', '1' is put for each space dot between the information of '1' as in Figure 6-4, and '0' is put for others for dot compensation as in Figure 6-5. A drawing controlling device calculates the size of a drawing dot based on a value of an enlargement magnification, and the dot information '1' is colored and outputted to be a circle as in Figure 6-6 based on a drawing starting point, a character color, and compensation dot information held by a second memorizing means. |
