NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R<1> and R<2> are H, halogen, 1-3C alkyl, alkoxy or (substituted) aromatic hydrocarbon residue with the proviso that at least one of R<1> and R<2> is aromatic hydrocarbon residue; R<3> is 1-4C fluorinated alkyl or fluorinated alkoxy]. USE:A photoconductive organic material. An organic sensitized material realizing much higher-speed formation and long-term durability in electrophotography, especially having excellent characteristics as an electronic charge-transporting substance. PREPARATION:A halogentaed benzene derivative shown by formula II (X is I or Br) is made to react with a fluorinated substituent group-coating diphenylamine derivative shown by formula III in the presence of a copper-based catalyst and a basic compound to give a compound shown by formula I.
