PURPOSE:To contrive weight-lightening, stiffening, and the improvement of productivity and workability for architectural members by lining a roughly semi-circular cylindrical metallic plate provided with joint plates, with the composite material of a corrugated member and a flat plate member bonded to each other. CONSTITUTION:The internal surface of a stainless steel plate 10 provided with joint plates 12, 13, 14, 15 at the upper and lower ends and on both the sides of a cylindrical main body section 11, and the composite material 20 of a flat aluminum plate member 22 bonded on the one surface of a corrugated member 21 molded to be corrugated with aluminum or the like, are lined with each other, and are fitted integrally and firmly.
