PURPOSE:To properly investigate abnormality and perform a speedy reaction process by previously storing a minicomputer with inspection items by patrol inspection objects and criteria for inspection data, and an FT chart for extracting relative investigation items required for abnormality decision making, and investigating the cause of the abnormality and determining process reaction by the minicomputer. CONSTITUTION:The data base of the minicomputer 1 is stored with the inspection items and criteria, and the FT (Fault Tree) chart for extracting the relative investigation items including investigation places required for diagnosis when abnormality is decided and the extent of the abnormality. A portable terminal 2 is connected to the minicomputer 1 and inspection items of the patrol day are extracted; and criteria are selected, relative investigation items of a case of abnormality are selected corresponding to the FT chart, and they are all transferred to the portable terminal 2. The portable terminal 2 is detached from the minicomputer 1 and patrol inspection is carried out according to the display screen of the portable terminal 2. After the patrol inspection, the portable terminal 2 is connected to the minicomputer 1 and data including all investigation results are transferred. Consequently, the minicomputer can investigate the cause of the abnormality immediately and a speedy process reaction is made. |
