PURPOSE:To prevent a procedure from being erroneously registered by deciding whether or not a range wherein processes are performed for a displayed procedure is proper by a procedure for opening or closing a data file. CONSTITUTION:A control means 9 forms various buffer memories M1... and tables T1... on a main storage means 20 and control means P2 - P5 which are realized by various programs execute a document filing function and a data processing function by using the buffer memories and tables. When a range is specified, a procedure record control table T5 is used to substitute the record number where a cursor is present in a range start record number and store the state of a start record as the state of a range start record, and what function the range start record number indicates is decided. Once the range of processes for the procedure displayed on a display means is specified, a decision mean decides whether or not the specified range is proper. |
