<p>PURPOSE:To obtain desirable reinforcing effect while simplifying work and shortening hardening time by applying specified hard polyurethane obtaining mixed liquid onto the specified reinforcemnt required parts of a molded ceiling base body, and then hardening it to form partially reinforced parts. CONSTITUTION:At the time of reinforcing the specified parts of both side parts 11a, 11b, ceiling part 12 and rear part 13 of an urethane-base molded ceiling base body 1, hard polyurethane obtaining mixed liquid containing polyol, isocyanate group and a catalyst is applied to the specified parts by spraying and then naturally hardened to obtain a partially reinforced ceiling body provided with partially reinforced parts 2 (oblique line parts: 21a, 21b, 22, 23). The hard polyurethane obtaining mixed liquid is obtained by mixing A-liquid, containing 100 weight parts of polyol composed desirably of more than 60 weight parts of main polyol (average molecular weight: 250-500, average hydroxyl base value: 400-700) and an amine group catalyst, with B-liquid containing 80-120 weight parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate group [isocyanate (NCO) base: 25-32%].</p> |
