PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic induction liquid level gage with high accuracy and strong noise resistance, in a number-counting coil consisting of small coils connectd to each other in opposite directions, by arranging the lowermost coils with deviation from an excitation coil. CONSTITUTION:An excitation coil, which is supplied with voltage by a power source 2, is detected by detecting coils A-D, in which small coils are alternately connected to GA-GD in opposite directions, and converted into a pulse by pulse generators 3A-3D which generate pulses every time it passes a set voltage. When the lowermost coils of all the detecting coils are provided with a deviation DELTAL by a small coil, and as length of a single coil and interval between coils are set to the same level, pulses HA and HC, HB and HD are generated at the same time, and since induction voltages at the time when the high conductive liquid is going up and down become opposite to each other, if pulse count is conducted by detecting polarity of pulse and simultaneousness of the pulse by a pulse-treating circuit 4, liquid surface becomes able to be measured with high accuracy by thus counted number. |
