发明名称 IMAGE FORMING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform sharp image free from discharge unevenness, by using a specified vessel in order to bring the nonelectrode side of an absorption layer for X-rays or the like with the electrostatic latent image forming face of an image receptive film in the image forming method using the ionized radiation of X-rays or the like. CONSTITUTION:Electrode plate 2 is formed on one face of the absorption layer 1, such as photoconductor of CdS powder, of ionized radiation, such as X-rays, and insulating layer 3 on the other face. On the other hand, electrode layer 10 is provided on one face of image receptive film 9 by vapor deposition. The recess of vessel 4 molded out of polymethacrylate or the like easily transmitting X-rays is sealed tightly with thin film 5 made of deformable polyester or the like. Electrode layer 6 is formed on the outside of film 5 by vapor deposition of a metal, and inlet 7 of vessel 4 is provided with liquid feed and recovery bellow 8. Liquid L is gradually fed from bellow 8 into vessel 4, and image forming face 9a of film 9 and layer 3 are allowed to closely contact with each other over each whole faces uniformly without admitting any air bubbles between them, thus permitting an electrostatic latent image free from unevenness to be obtained on face 9a, and a sharp image to be formed without using silver after developing the latent image with toner.
