PURPOSE:To change a light beam to an electric signal and avert the necessity for making NOT processing by using an optical switch and a photoelectric transducer. CONSTITUTION:An optical switch 5 which has the characteristic of shielding the light beam of an input terminal 2 when applied with an electric signal and a photoelectric transducer 4 which applies the electric signal corresponding to a light signal 1 to said optical switch 5 are combined, by which the light signal 1 is inverted and a light output 3 is obtained. According to this constitution, there is no need for using any specific one as the light beam to be applied to the input terminal, and the light beam having optical characteristics for the light signal processing circuit connected to the NOT circuit is selected freely. |
