摘要 PURPOSE:To control the floor reaching speed without an extensive speed variation even though a shaking is given to a cage, by providing a means to measure the passing time from a speed reduction control starting time, and a circuit means to set the time to convert to a floor reaching running by using the passing time and the detected speed of a cage, to a speed reduction control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A speed detecting circuit 110 to detect the speed of a cage is provided, and a speed reduction control circuit 1 to start a speed reduction control when the cage reaches a specific position, and to control to stop to a specific floor position after transferring to a floor reaching running by a running condition instruction circuit 180 is also provided. To this speed reduction control circuit 1, a means 120 to measure the passing time from the speed reduction control starting time, and a circuit means 141 to set the time to transfer to the floor reaching running by using the passage time and the detected speed from the speed detecting circuit 110 are provided. And when both the passing time and the speed of the cage are decided to be in the preset condition, a control to transfer to the floor reaching running is carried out. Consequently, even though the speed of the cage is changed by receiving a shaking by a passenger, the floor reaching running speed is not changed too much.
