This device includes, inside a housing (2), a pyrotechnic chain which is interrupted by mechanical safety means (8) and a timer which can be set via transmission means. A resettable central clock includes coupling means which move during the operation of the central clock.
<??>When the transmission means are placed on the coupling means, the device (2) may be moved with respect to the central clock. This movement gives rise to prior unlocking, resets the timer and sets it according to the time remaining on the central clock.
