The present invention relates to a mechanical metering device essentially comprising a metering chamber (1), upper and lower mechanical members (2, 2'), for closing or opening two orifices (3, 3') of the said chamber, mechanical means (4) for kinematic linkage between control means of the said members (2, 2') and these members. This metering device is characterised in that it includes a first pipe (6) above the said upper orifice (3), a second pipe (6') below the said lower orifice (3'); the said pipes (6, 6') including a region made of a flexible material (10, 10'), the said upper and lower members (2, 2') consisting of means for crushing the said region of flexible material (10, 10') which can adopt a pressing position blocking the said pipes for closing, or a release position for opening, the said kinematic linkage means (4). <IMAGE>
