PURPOSE:To prevent flaws from being generated on the inside, etc., of a reverse side by pouring low melting metallic material into the inside of a hollow, fixing and machining it with laser beam. CONSTITUTION:Low melting metallic material 2 is poured into turbine blades 1 having a complicated inside shape each to protect the insides of drilled parts. The turbine blades 1 are fixed by a laser beam machining jig to drill holes by a laser beam machine or a laser beam robot. When drilling is completed, the entire body of the turbine blades 1 is heated 5 to melt the low melting metal 2, pour it out of the inside and remove it. Consequently, it is possible to protect the inside of the drilling member, easily attach and detach the protective member of the inside of a hollow member and reduce the cost. |
