<p>PURPOSE:To extend a cross connect device without hit while keeping a complete linear group constitution by providing an extended inputting part to which a cell from the other cross connect devices is inputted, and an extended outputting part which outputs the cell to the other cross connect devices at the cross connect device, and connecting the desired extended inputting part with the desired extended outputting part. CONSTITUTION:Cross connect devices 50-53 are equipped with extended inputting parts a1-a6 to which the cells from the other cross connect devices are inputted, and extended outputting parts b1-b6 which output the cells to the other cross connect devices. Then, the desired extended inputting parts a1, a2, a5 and a6 are connected with the desired extended outputting parts b1, b2, b5 and b6, and the plural cross connect devices 50-53 are successively combined while keeping the complete linear group constitution, so that the size of the cross connect can be extended. Thus, the cross connect device is extended without hit and without enlarging the size of a hard, while keeping the complete linear group constitution.</p> |
