<p>PURPOSE:To enable directivity to improve of a movement so as to attain the stable movement by utilizing static electric power to form an electrode for a driving device, which moves an insulator, into a dog-legged shape. CONSTITUTION:When an electric charge is applied by placing a moving object 7 on a dog-legged electrode 1, the electric charge is induced in a part shown by an oblique line of the moving object 7. The moving object 7, when it is displaced in a vertical upper side to a direction of moving relating to the moving object 7, is attracted to a vertical directional lower side and stabilized in a condition that an electrode pattern agrees with a pattern in a part 8 where the electric charge of the moving object 7 is induced.</p> |
