The join between the two conical surfaces (C1, C2) of the connection end of the hard metal component are joined by a fillet (R). The outer conical face (S2) of the connection surface (S) is extended by a cylindrical bearing surface (S3), the diameter of which lies between that ( phi e') of the connection end and the outside one ( phi e) of the said component (A). This bearing surface connects to the continuous part of the said component by means of a chamfer (S4) of cone angle ( gamma ), and in which the vortex of the cone points towards the free end of the component (A). <IMAGE>
