摘要

PURPOSE:To make it possible to set tape-shaped electronic parts without removing a take-up wheel and a tape presser by fixing metallic tape to hold cover tape to the take-up wheel and making the tape presser to peel the cover tape off base tape movable on a carrying face. CONSTITUTION:Metallic tape 2 is taken up and tape 20 fixed to a feed pin 7 is carried to a feeding mechanism 8 by rotating a take-up bar 3 directly connected to a take-up wheel in the direction of take-up. A tape presser 5 capable of moving is fastened at a place where it is pressed by a pin 4, the pin 7 which carried the tape presser is taken off by a link mechanism, and the tape presser 5 functions only as a tape presser to peel cover tape. The tip of the tape 20 stops at the place where it is caught by the feeding mechanism 8 and then a lever 13 for normal feed is moved vertically some times to feed tape-shaped electronic parts and take up the cover tape 12 to complete setting.
