PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously obtain a crab meat-like paste product by arranging two fiber bundle-like KAMABOKO (boiled fish paste) foods in parallel, feeding the foods to a traveling conveyor, pressing, then cutting into a specific shape, contacting the two boiled fish paste pieces by a group of rollers under pressure and integrating. CONSTITUTION:Two fiber bundle-like boiled fish paste foods 2 of meat fiber knotted in a bar shape are mutually approached, arranged in parallel and fed to a traveling conveyor 1. Then the two fiber bundle-like boiled fish paste foods 2 are successively cut at fixed intervals in such a way that cut lines L form an inverted truncated V shape to form a line of fiber bundle-like boiled fish paste pieces 2a mutually symmetrical with respect to a central line C-C. Then, corresponding cut faces S of the mutually symmetrical fiber bundle-like boiled fish paste pieces 2a are brought into contact with each other and bonded to form a crab meat-like paste product 6 of an integrated arrow feather shape (a roller group 5 consisting of 5a.5a, 5b.5b and 5c.5c). |
