PURPOSE:To prevent a film from wrinkling, even if the film is subjected to a temperature and relative humidity cycle by providing a space around the film lest the film is held between the frame body and glass. CONSTITUTION:A protective resin 13 is provided under a solar battery element 2 and a film 12 is provided on the surface of a surface glass 1. A frame body 9 is in non-contact with the film 12 but overlaps the film in the form of overhanging it and a space is provided around the surface glass 1, which is fixed in the manner of being held by a rear surface cover 5 via silicon rubber 4. Therefore, the frame body 9 does not hinder the expansion and contraction of the film 12 so that the film 12 is prevented from wrinkling. Also, because the film 12 is mounted, components can be prevented from scattering, even if the surface glass 1 is broken. |
