The method has a process of combining small tape (4) with upper or lower or both sides of main body tape (3), and or bending a side of the tape (3) in order to attaching zigzag-type element (1) on the weaved tape (3). In weaving the tape (3), thick element- fixing body (3d) is formed. Alternately repeated embossing pattern (5) is formed at one side or both sides of the tape (3).
