PURPOSE:To take out parts in a recession at the specified part takeout position without separating cover tape from base tape by making part takeout openings in the cover tape. CONSTITUTION:A stamping member 21 is lowered by downward turn of an operation lever 14 at a cut-out part 23 before the part takeout position 25 of a tape presser 22, the cover tape 8 of a tape-shaped part assembly 2 is stamped out into U form, and the cover tape pieces 30 are peeled and tore up by a peeler 28 to make part takeout openings 31 in the cover tape 8. The acute- angled tip of the peeler 28 peels and tears up the cover tape pieces 30 of the cover tape 8. Therefore, parts 6 in a recession 7 at the pat takeout position 25 can be taken out through the openings 31 without separating the cover tape 8 from base tape 5. |
