PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber damper that excels in wear resistance and heat aging resistance by transforming a rubber damper that softens the vibration which a metallic coil spring receives with a vulcanizate made of a rubber compound containing urethane rubber as a rubber component. CONSTITUTION:An inside rubber damper 7 and an outside damper 9 are provided in a coil spring 5. These rubber dampers contain urethane rubber as a rubber component, and consist of, for example, a rubber component 100 parts, phthalic acid ester 10 parts, carbon black 30 parts, a heat aging inhibitor 6 parts, an organic peroxide 5 parts, and a co-crosslinking agent 1 part, and vulcanized, making these rubber dampers excellent in wear resistance and heat aging resistance. It is preconditioned constitution that these vulcanized rubber dampers are fitted to the outside and the inside of the metallic coil spring, so as to perform damper action for reducing the vibration received by the coil spring. |
