<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance of a touch panel while maintaining its durability by coating a transparent induction film with a multiple transparent protection film containing an organic film layered on an inorganic film and using the organic film as the highest coated surface layer. CONSTITUTION:A transparent conduction film (ITO film 11) having the prescribed surface resistance value over its entire surface is formed on the surface of a glass substrate 10, and many solder bumps 12 are formed at the fringe part of the film 11. The film 11 is coated with a multiple transparent protection film 20 containing an organic film 22 layered on an inorganic film 21 except the areas of bumps 12. At the same time, the film 11 is formed also on the rear surface side of the substrate 10 and coated with a composite transparent protection film 20a containing an organic film 22 place sequentially on an inorganic film 21a of silicon dioxide. By such a constitution, the highest surface layers formed on both the surface and rear surface sides of a touch panel 1 are coated with the films 22, so that the sticking of spots or stains on both sides of the panel 1, can be reduced.</p> |
