摘要 PURPOSE:To improve workability as well as reduce the internal impedance of element by manufacturing an ion conductive viscous-resilient body through electrolyzing a viscous-elastic body with a structure including nonaqueous electro lyte in a high molecular polymer in nonaqueous electrolyte in which polymer compound is mixed. CONSTITUTION:A viscous-elastic body with a structure including nonaqueous electrolyte in high molecular polymer is electrolyzed in nonaqueous electrolyte in which polymer compound is mixed. Namely, the polymer compound is that includes in its molecules those except carbons such as oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur atoms and the like, and such polymer compound is solved in a nonaqueous electrolyte to have solid electrolyte. In the solid electrolyte, the atoms except carbons facilitate the ionization of electrolytic salt and improve the ion transmission as well as the strength of the solid electrolyte. It is thus possible to facilitate workability and reduce the internal resistance of element.
