PURPOSE:To surely execute the restorage of a document without making a mistake in a rewriting destination by reading the one part of document data assigned in advance as the rewriting destination rewritten into the edited document data at least from an external storage device and displaying it when the document data after being read from the external storage device and being edit-processed are restored in the external storage device. CONSTITUTION:Arbitrary document data are read from an external storing means 1 and after the editing of the document data is executed by a document data editing means 2, when the document data after editing are restored in the external storing means 1, the restorage of the document data is instructed by an instruction means 3. In this case, when restorage is instructed by the instruction means 3, a display means 4 reads the one part of the document data assigned in advance as a rewriting destination rewritten into the edited document data at least from the external storing means 1 and display-outputs it. Thus, when the document data after editing is restored, the document data assigned as the writing destination can be confirmed. |
