PURPOSE:To eliminate a bent portion and suppress a short circuit between both members when the terminal interval is formed narrower than before by forming an external connecting terminal constituted of linear terminal leads turned along the side periphery of a columnar member. CONSTITUTION:An external connecting terminal 7 is constituted of a columnar member 1 made of a heat-resistant insulator and multiple linear terminal leads 5 turned insulatingly with each other along the side periphery of the columnar member 1 and arranged at positions corresponding to land electrodes. Multiple linear terminal leads 5 are turned insulatingly with each other on the side periphery of the columnar member 1 at positions corresponding to the land electrodes. The inter-electrode pitch of the external connecting terminal 7 can be made constant and is not bent like terminal leads, thus the terminal interval can be designed narrow.
