PURPOSE:To enable the selection and prescription of a karaoke melody while one is seated on his own seat by providing a plurality of terminal equipment having an input means to input the melody selecting signal for the selection of karaoke melody and an LAN interconnecting karaoke device and a plurality of terminal equipment for communication therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A karaoke device 3 having a microphone 1, speaker 2, etc., interconnects a plurality of input devices 5a-5c through a coaxial cable 4 or optical fibers, etc. A plurality of the input devices 5a-5c are built in respective tables in seats. The karaoke selecting terminal equipment and the karaoke device 3 make communication with each other through an LAN by inputting a melody selecting signal from the input devices 5a-5c of the karaoke selecting terminal equipment so that the karaoke device 3 generates predetermined musical sounds according to the inputted selecting signal. Thus, one singing to the karaoke can select and prescribe a melody to which he sings with the karaoke device 3 while he is seated in his seat. |
