PURPOSE:To handily inject a liquid without exceeding the specified liquid level during liquid injection by providing a hinge section with a projection inside and a rubber valve covering the hinge section on a liquid level regulating tube. CONSTITUTION:A projection 7 having a size to collide with a liquid port plug 4 when the liquid port plug 4 is fitted is provided inside a hinge section 6, and a rubber valve 8 covering the hinge section 6 is provided on the outer periphery of a liquid level regulating tube 5. The liquid port plug 4 is fitted when a storage battery is in use, the hinge section 6 is extruded to the outer periphery direction to open the rubber valve 8. The gas in the battery generated at the time of charging passes between the rubber valve 8 and the liquid level regulating tube 5 and the hole 10 of the liquid level regulating tube 5, enters the inside of the liquid level regulating tube 5, and is surely discharged to the outside of the storage battery via the liquid port plug 4. A liquid can be handily injected without exceeding the specified liquid level even if the electrolyte solution level is invisible from the outside of the storage battery during liquid injection. |
