A radiator panel (5) under the window (1) is supplied (6) with hot water via a stop valve (8), inserted upstream from the thermostatic or manual valve (9) and connected by a pipe (12) to a pressure cylinder (11) screwed (10) to the window frame (2). The piston is displaced by movement of the opening light (3) about its hinges (4), producing sufficient pressure in the pipe (12) to close the stop valve, connected to electric contacts (8), (or alternatively (13) to operate the thermostat (9)), and isolate the panel (5) while the window is open.
