SYNDIOTACTIC POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION

A syndiotactic polypropylene resin composition comprising polypropylene having a substantially syndiotactic structure and a nucleating agent. The polypropylene may be any of homopolymers, copolymers with a small amount of other olefin(s), and mixtures of these (co)polymers. A preferable resin composition is one having a crystallization temperature as measured by differential scanning calorimetry of at least 5 DEG C higher than that of a composition not containing a nucleating agent.
