The pressure limiting valve is for a vehicle hydraulic braking system. It has a cross wall (9) made as a stamped out part with a conical valve seat (13) and a valve plate (18) with a ball zone (19). A helical compression spring (24) surrounds the shaft (17) of the closure member (16) and engages on one side the cross wall and on the other the spring plate (25). USE/ADVANTAGE - Brake valve made of simple and cheap to produce components.
