The power transmission arrangement is for a unit which executes a forward movement promoted by the backward and forrward movement of drive components, partic. for a flying machine with wings which move like those of a bird. A housing(3) contains a slide ring (5) which can move forwards and backwards, and to the ring is attached a stricker arm (1). On one side of the slide ring a spiral spring (2) is fit4d, and on the other side is a rod which activates the slide ring when the drive is operated. Between the drive and the rod is fitted a further spring (13). The housing (13) has guide grooves (9) for the strikes arm (1) which is of the double arm type. Each individual arm is guided into one of the grooves (9). USE - To drive a flying machine with movable wings.
