<p>The cooling garment includes a body (2) which is suitable for surrounding at least one body portion of the user and is provided with spacer elements (9) which define an interspace between the body surface, or the underlying clothes, and the inner surface of the garment. Passages (5,6) are defined in the garment body (2) and connect the interspace to the outside.
