PURPOSE:To efficiently and simply obtain the subject food using a round sliced cuttlefish of nearly the same shape when cut into round slices by reshaping the trunk part of the cuttlefish free of fin, visceral and arm parts from the vicinity of the shoulder part at the base on the tip side to the opening side thereof into nearly the same shape through heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A reshaping rod (b) is inserted into the trunk part of a cuttlefish free of visceral, arm and/or fin parts and the trunk part of the cuttlefish directly in a slightly tensed state with the reshaping mold (b) is heat-treated, then seasoned, subsequently smoked, dried, etc., to afford the objective food. |
