<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a roller, excellent in durability and fully displaying the natural characteristic of a foaming layer by disposing a conductive spring member between a core metal and a hard outermost layer by the spring force of the member itself. CONSTITUTION:A conductive spring member 4 is disposed between a core metal 1 and a hard outermost layer 3, whereby it is conductive between the core metal 1 and the hard outermost layer 3, and it is not necessary to fix the conductive spring member 4 to either the core metal 1 or the hard outermost layer 3 by adhesives or the like. That is, the core metal 1 and the hard outermost layer 3 can be connected to each other by the spring force of the conductive spring member 4 itself to be reliably conductive. Accordingly, a soft forming layer 2 itself is not subjected to any conductivity application treatment, and it can be conductive between the core metal and the hard outermost layer easily and reliably. Thus, a designated rigidity is given to the surface layer of a roller by the hard outermost layer 3, and the functions of natural compressive deformation and buffer property are exhibited by the inside soft foaming layer 2 to be excellent in durability.</p> |
