PURPOSE:To enhance manufacturing efficiency by mechanizing the mounting of an insert part by mounting a large number of component driving machines, a driving machine support member and a transfer apparatus moving the driving machine support member corresponding to a plurality of components to be mounted. CONSTITUTION:Since a driving machine support member 93 supporting component driving machines 7 is revolved around a horizontal axis H, the driving machine support member 93 can be revolved to a position easy to attach nuts to the component driving machines 7 and a lifter 3 is driven to lower a replacing jig 9 and positioning fitting parts 81 are fitted in positioning parts C1 to be fitted. At this time, since the driving machine support member 93 having the fitting parts 81 fixed thereto is hung by a hanging apparatus so as to freely move in a horizontal direction with respect to a lift frame 91, even when the relative position of a mold C and the driving machine support member 93 is shifted, the support member 93 can be accurately positioned with respect to the mold C. By this constitution, a large number of parts can be attached to the mold C at once and can be also rapidly replaced and, since the components can be attached to the component driving machines at a position easy to attach, the mounting of the components is mechanized and productivity is enhanced. |
