The present invention relates to a method for the enzymoimmunologic determination of analytes from solutions based on the antibody-antigen mechanism, in which after having fixed certain reagents (antibodies) on microbeads having a high specific surface, the antibody-antigen reaction is made to take place, and the reaction products are filtered away from the excess reagents, determination of the analyte to be determined being performed on the excess reagents only.
